   I first bought The MCC when it came out on Xbox a few years ago. When I got my pc I figured it would let me download it there as well since I was using the same Xbox business relationship. Sure enough, it worked and I downloaded information technology from the Microsoft store without needing
   to purchase it over again. Now I recently got a new pc and I was downloading my games over again (Bounding main of Thieves, Forza Horizon 4) when I saw that I needed to purchase The MCC again. Subsequently doing some research I found out that The MCC is not a play anywhere title. If this is so,
   so how did information technology let me download information technology without buying it on my old pc? Both my old and new pc have the same Microsoft account on them.
